Moon Bay B&B: Jinjiang Mountain Park is located on Jinjiang Mountain in the north of Dandong city center. It is 1.8 kilometers away from Yalu River and less than 1 kilometers away from Dandong Railway Station. The main peak is 136.8 meters above sea level. The whole park is built on the mountain, with scattered pavilions and beautiful scenery. It is a comprehensive park integrating play, cultural and sports activities, and historical education. Jinjiang Mountain Park, formerly known as Zhenjiang Mountain Park, was built in 1905 and changed to Jinjiang Mountain Park in 1965. In 1905, Japanese monks built Linji Temple on the mountain, and then the Japanese moved the ashes of soldiers who died in Benxi Lake, and built Japanese shrines, Hachimangu Shrine and Loyalty Soul Monument on Jinjiang Mountain. In 1912, the Manchurian Railway Co., Ltd. opened up a rest and play area in Jinjiang Mountain for the Japanese in the concession. In 1932, Jinjiang Mountain Pavilion (formerly Dongshan Pavilion), Triangle Pavilion, Wrestling Field, Lotus Pond and Zoo were added. After the liberation, the historic Liaodong Liberation Memorial Tower and the elegant and magnificent Return Pavilion were built in Jinjiangshan Park, a pocket cultural park with local cultural characteristics, and Jinjiang Pavilion, waterside pavilion, Jiuqu Bridge were expanded and repaired, and a tiger was added. House, leopard house, lion house, bird house, monkey mountain, bear mountain, seal house, children's playground, azalea exhibition hall and other facilities, planted a large number of flowers and trees. Today, the park is full of greenery and flowers. The Jinjiang Pavilion, the highest point of the park, has always been an ideal place for tourists to visit Dandong. Leaning on the railing and overlooking, the Yalu River is like a belt, the mountains are like a screen, and the scenery of China and North Korea is unobstructed.
