Tianqiao Valley is located in the north of Kuandian County, Dandong City, about 60 kilometers from the county seat. This place was once the "place of Dragon Xing" in the Qing Dynasty, so it has not been destroyed for hundreds of years. The area of Tianqiao Valley scenic spot is very large, and there are more than 70 scenic spots that can be watched. The east side of the scenic spot has Tiangong, Lotus peak, Yuquan top, Xiaoyue peak four peaks, each peak is a scenic spot group, there are many scenic spots to watch. On the west side is a wooden boardwalk, around which there are also many scenic spots. Most of the scenic spots need to walk, but the highway in the scenic spot is roughly parallel to the trail, there are several interchanges, when the physical strength is not enough, you can walk off the trail to the road to take the sightseeing car in the scenic spot to the next intersection or return to the entrance of the scenic spot.

 

The recommended route is the first day by district car to lotus peak, Lotus peak, and from the connected trail to Yuquan Ding, Xiaoyue peak, from Xiaoyue Peak down the mountain, you can drive back to the entrance of the scenic spot, this day tour takes about 7 hours. On the second day, visit the wooden plank road and Tiangong scenic area respectively, and then leave. If you only have one day, consider skipping the next day.

 

Lotus peak is more than 900 meters above sea level, is the most essential area of scenery in the scenic spot, there is "do not climb lotus peak, in order to Tianqiao ditch", there are many steep rock walls in the mountains, strange rocks, is the representative of the scenic spot precipitous and unique, one line sky, welcome pine, black bear cave and other scenic spots have their own characteristics, must not be missed.

 

Xiaoyue peak is the place to go before the autumn, where the forest is thick, there are a lot of maple trees, birch trees in the woods, every autumn climb Xiaoyue peak, all the way and the top of the mountain have beautiful red leaves. The red leaves here are thick and bright, and it is one of the best places to see red leaves in the north.
